My Family : Roots and Branches

Note: I have written following accounts as I came to know from my maternal grand father and my parents. The commonly known names and aliases are given here as I know. I request my family members to update the informations given here and also to send me on manesiro@gmail.com First Generation Afzal Ali ‘Shafa-ud-daula’ was physician to Wajid Ali Shah. Afzal Ali sahab was a very learned person and authored many books on Hikmat and also wrote a few on modern Medicine. He had many wives and so had many sons and daughters. Second Generation His children were Baqar , Safdar , Haider, Ghazanfar, Sayyada, Raziya, Ahmadi, one daughter Third Generation 1. Baqar Husain : He had a daughter known as Babbo phuphi 2. Safdar Husain 3. Haider Husain his children were Abul Hasan, Masood, Afzal, Zamin, Zaki, Abbas, Mashadi, Sajida, Ladli 4. Ghazanfar Husain died issueless 5. Sayyada Begum : married to Ghazanfar Husain then got separated Her children were Muzaffar Husain, Nadri Begum and Zakiya Begum 6. Raziya Begum Her children were Agghan, Chhuttan 7. Ahmadi Begum married to Dilawar Husain Her children were Jafar, Abid and Kazim 8. ? mother of Bootan Some of their children migrated out to Lucknow and some to Pakistan. Sajda went to Pakistan. My mother used to tell about her family. One of her daughter had become a dental surgeon. Fourth Generation 1 Children of Agghan Chacha(Yusuf Husain) Mahboob Husain From other wife Nisar Husain Khadim Husain Munney sahab Nanhi Bajjo Naeema 2 Children of Chhuttan Chacha (Hamid Husain) Murtaza Begum (Bitiya Bajjo) Majid (Nanhan) Sajid (Achchhan) 3. Children of Zamin sahab Mustafa Zamin Haider Zamin Nikhat Shakeela Mahar Ara Chhoti Munni 5 Children of Jafar Husain ( married to Azmat Ara Begum) Shahar Bano alias Joohi Begum Abbas Husain Azmat Ara Begum died at an early age Jafar Husain sahab took another wife and from her he had Badi Bitta Noor Jahan, Chhoti Bitta Sarwar Jahan, Munney Bhaiyya and Pakku 6 Children of Abid Abid sahab died at an early age leaving little daughter Bibbi 7 Children of Kazim Husain ( married to Zakiya Begum daughter of Sayyada Begum ) Murtaza Husain alias Puttan Sahab Mujtabai Begum alias Begum Zakiya Begum died earlier. Then Kazim Husain sahab married widow of his brother Abid. Gender bias in our language and thinking

Viewing things either as male or as female has distorted our perceptions. Only some living things are male and female and even such things require gender free word most of the times. For example a human being needs to be addressed by some common word but the common word ‘man’ has been taken by male of the species. The male has penis and female has womb- so woman is correct word for female of human species and accordingly male of human species must be called ‘peman’ while man should be used where there is no need to express gender. Flood of anti-God and anti-Religion videos on You Tube

Nowadays, posting videos on You Tube are the main instrument of influencing others. There were days when in my adolescence I took the side of Science against Religion. But when we see the human history and see the political conditions of modern times then we see subjugation, exploitation and injustices all around and in the past. The same people who preached Religion and Spiritualism to dominate and rule over others are now preaching Atheism and materialism and consumerism for that very purpose. Those who believe in Human Equality and in Brotherhood and Sisterhood of whole mankind must unite and must stand and fight those who are enemies of Human Equality and Human brother/sisterhood. Everywhere fascists have ascended to power and those who believe in Humanity have become weak though 80 percent World needs active intervention to attain freedom and equality. The people who believe in Humanity they must come forward and lead and guide those 80 percent people.

स्त्री और पुरुष के वक़्त के साथ बदलते रिश्ते

पुरुष के लिए स्त्री का साथ बहुत ज़रूरी है और कई पुरुष पत्नी की मृत्यु के बाद ज़िंदा नहीं रह पाते लेकिन अगर वे तुरंत दूसरी जीवन साथी खोज पाते तो लम्बी उम्र ज़िंदा रहते। सती प्रथा तो पहले होती थी पर आज बेटे बहू बेटी दामाद माँ की मृत्यु के बाद यही चाहते हैं कि उनका बाप विधवा जीवन जिए। ऐसे ही वे नासमझ स्त्री पुरुष हैं जिनकी उम्र गुज़रती जा रही है और बिन ब्याहे बैठे हैं और वह भी जो तलाक़ या जीवन साथी की मृत्यु के बाद जल्दी से दूसरा जीवन साथी नहीं ढूंढ लेते हैं। पर एक बहुत बड़ी तादाद उन मर्दों और औरतों की भी है जो नापसंद रिश्तों का बोझ उठाये हुए हैं और जिनकी तमन्ना है काश उनकी ज़िन्दगी में बहार फिर से आये - शरीयत इजाज़त देती है पर समाज और हुकूमत सिपर लिए खड़े हैं। बच्चों की खातिर नापसंद रिश्ते को निभाना तारीफ़ की बात है पर जब बच्चे बड़े हो जाएँ अपने पैरों पर खड़े हो जाएँ और अपना घर बसा लें तो अगर शरीके हयात ज़ुल्म या खयानत करता हो तो अलग हो जाने में ही भलाई है। नेकी का तक़ाज़ा यह है कि ऐसे मर्द अपनी बीवी के लिए और ऐसी औरत अपने शौहर के लिए पहले शरीके हयात का आगे बढ़ कर इंतज़ाम कर दे। बचपन से जवानी और अब अ...
