In our history we find that something starts as rare problem and then takes global shape. It appears that Nature poses challenges to make us more evolved more civilized or we may say wants to make us more human. A baby is born in human family who has some instincts like suckling and swallowing and then baby learns to stand and walk, to eat and drink and to put on and put off clothes and recognizes family members and others including animals and birds and learns to communicate. All these learning are possible through neural connections deep in brain. The baby grows becomes young and then in due course of time becomes old and then some get those neural connections failed. Now learning and memory fails- he or she becomes incapable to perform all those simple routine jobs. He or she loses memory and is now incapable to recognize his or her near and dear ones.
